FlatPing is operated by Operator Name, City, Country ("we"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.
Service
We provide FlatPing as an online service on a free plan and paid subscription plans described on the pricing page. We may change features; we will not remove core paid features without notice.
Accounts
You must provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Payments
Paid plans and one-off purchases are sold through our reseller and merchant of record, Stripe, which appears at checkout and on your statement as Link, and whose terms apply to the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; one-off purchases do not renew. You can cancel at any time from the billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds within 14 days of the first purchase are granted on request to support@darsena.app, or through Link, which handles payment support for the purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for anything illegal, to send spam, to infringe others' rights, or to attack the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
You keep all rights to content you store in FlatPing. You grant us the license needed to store and display it back to you. You can export or delete it at any time.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. We may discontinue the service with 30 days notice and will refund any prepaid unused period.
Changes
We may update these terms and will announce material changes by email. Continued use after the change means acceptance.
